Artem Chayka appointed to post of Deputy Chairman of economic council under ambassador of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Belarus

The President of the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Artem Chayka, was appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Economic Council (“the Council”) under the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Belarus.

The scheduled meeting of the Council took place on 17 December 2018 at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Belarus.

The Council is tasked with holding discussions about current issues of the Belarus–Russia trade and economic, and interregional cooperation; analyzing factors that influence trade turnover between the two nations, and preparing proposals in key areas of the Belarus–Russia business and economy.

Earlier Artem Chayka was honored with the award “Za sodeystviye” (“For Contributing”) by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus.
