Expansion of distribution channels and markets, promotion of exports:
  • Interaction with retail networks, marketplaces, buyers, development of distribution channels and markets, working with customers and partners in regions and other countries.

Formation of mechanisms and programs for partner events to develop international cooperation in the field of exhibition and presentation activities:

Coordination of activities among business communities and other organizations to foster commercial cooperation with Russian companies. Attracting international partners, business organizations, and experts to expand business opportunities and discover new sales channels.

  • Collection of a database of companies with potential available capacities for placing orders for contract manufacturing at Russian factories.

  • Development of projects and strategic marketing programs to implement activities for promoting brands, companies, products, and services in both domestic and international markets (B2B, B2C, B2G projects).

Ensuring communication and interaction across all areas at the level of the first persons (with manufacturing companies, industry associations, representatives of retail networks, government bodies, financial institutions, suppliers, market experts, foreign partners, and investors).

Management and implementation of projects in the fields of light industry, fashion industry, and creative industries:
  • Expertise in business development and increasing efficiency, searching for strategic partners and clients for industrial enterprises and brands in the light industry, fashion industry, and creative industries.

  • Analytics, production, and marketing audits to increase business efficiency.

Formation of systemic mechanisms, strategic initiatives, best practices, projects, and programs for effective international cooperation in key areas. A neutral negotiation platform.

The ICIE acts as a kind of aggregator for Russian and international entrepreneurs, collaborating with international unions and associations, ICIE partners.
