Formation of a Favorable Business Climate and Civil Society
to create conditions for the successful growth of business and entrepreneurial activity, mechanisms of free trade, the establishment of principles of social partnership, and the enhancement of the economic, cultural, educational, and informational levels of entrepreneurs.
Representation of Interests and Protection of Legal Rights of Congress Members
in relations with each other, other economic entities, various organizations, government bodies, and local self-governments.

JOIN THE ICIE
Members of the Congress can become Russian and foreign legal entities interested in implementing international cooperation projects, sharing the goals and objectives of the Congress, and recognizing the ICIE Charter.
- Complete the survey below and attach the completed documents within the survey.
- The application will be considered according to the internal procedure of the ICIE.
- If a positive decision is made, the representative of the applicant organization will be invited to a personal meeting with the ICIE leadership to discuss the terms and prospects of cooperation.
- If the interests of both parties are agreed upon at the personal meeting, the representative of the applicant organization will be invited to the next meeting of the ICIE Council, where the organization’s membership is to be approved by a majority vote of the Council members.
Upon approval by the ICIE Council of the decision regarding the applicant organization’s membership, the representative of the organization will be presented with a membership certificate.

Victor Glukhikh is awarded the Order of Honour, four medals, the Order of Merit (Ukraine), the Order of the Crown (Beligium). He has two testimonials from the President of the Russian Federation. V.Glukhikh is the Russian Federation Government prizewinner as well as a laureate of the International and National Award of Peter the Great. He was bestowed prizes of many Russian and international public organizations, in particular one of the Russian Orthodox Church. Honoured mechanical engineer.
